We are so blessed to be from the United States of America. The past week has been a huge wake up call for me and I have already learned so much by living in Lugazi. We have had to wash all of our own clothes by hand, go to the bathroom in a latrine, find our way through insane and poverty stricken towns, basically eat all carbs for every meal, sleep with mosquito nets, live by the Ugandan culture, and a million other things I can't think of right now. What I've learned the past several days is that I'm proud to be an American and I am extremely blessed to live the life I do back home. I love the people here and I love what I'm doing, but boy would it be nice to have a hamburger right about now... Here are some recent pictures of projects we are working on and life in Lugazi!
